Telehealth
Presently, we hold licenses to deliver physical therapy services within the state of
Tennessee, while our GOATA Movement program is accessible nationwide and
internationally. During telehealth sessions utilizing the McKenzie Method, patients can engage in comprehensive assessments and receive tailored exercise programs and self-treatment techniques.
Through video conferencing, physical therapists can observe patients’ movements and provide real-time feedback and guidance on posture correction, ergonomic modifications, and specific exercises to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
Telehealth GOATA Movement, presents an innovative approach to remote rehabilitation and performance enhancement. GOATA Movement, a specialized training method focused on restoring natural human movement patterns, can be effectively integrated into telehealth sessions to address a wide range of musculoskeletal issues and optimize athletic performance.

SCREENING4 Powerful Benefits of Telehealth
- Improved patient engagement and empowerment: Telehealth promotes greater patient engagement and empowerment by involving individuals more actively in their own care. Through virtual sessions, patients learn exercises and self-management techniques in real-time, empowering them to take ownership of their rehabilitation journey and make informed decisions about their health.
- Convenience: Telehealth allows individuals to receive treatment from the comfort of their own homes, eliminating the need for travel and reducing time spent in waiting rooms. This convenience makes it easier for individuals to schedule appointments around their busy lives, resulting in greater adherence to treatment plans.
- Accessibility: Telehealth expands access to care for individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional in-person therapy due to factors such as mobility limitations, transportation barriers, or living in remote areas. Through telehealth, individuals can connect with qualified physical therapists regardless of their location, ensuring timely access to rehabilitation services.
- Enhanced privacy and confidentiality: Telehealth offers increased privacy and confidentiality for individuals seeking treatment for sensitive or personal health issues. By conducting sessions from the privacy of their own homes, patients can discuss their concerns with their physical therapist in a secure and comfortable environment, without the potential discomfort or stigma associated with in-person
visits to a clinic.
