Knee Stretch
Are you struggling with knee pain or stiffness? Sometimes stretching your knee into extension can be therapeutic.
To begin, put your heel on the ground and straighten out your leg as best as you can. Place your hands at the bottom of your thigh (be careful not to push on your kneecap). Then push down on your thigh to straighten your knee. Be mindful to push straight back, not towards your foot.
If you are finding that you are squatting or walking easier and better after this exercise, it is going to be perfect for you.
