Stretch for Neck Pain or Stiffness
If you are struggling with neck pain or stiffness, looking up often becomes limited and this stiffness can contribute to your symptoms. 😢 Sometimes stretching into extension can improve your pain and mobility and it has the added benefit of often improving your movement rotating your head to either side.
😊 To perform: bring your chin straight back and then look up as far as you can. You can use your hands to assist with the motion if your head feels heavy or hard to do.
Repeat at least 10-15x. 🙌
