Stretches for Back Pain
This weekend along with several neighbors, spent about 2.5 hrs chipping away and clearing out an icy intersection. All of you in Nashville can relate to the ice skating rink that was our neighborhoods! ⛸️❄️
All the bending, lifting, pushing, and shoveling calls the need to reverse stress on your back and often in the opposite direction. When I got home I spent 3-4 minutes, stretching the lower, middle and upper parts of my back and voila, the next morning I felt great!
